1. Do I have to be 21 or older to attend?

Yes. All guests must be 21 years of age or older. Guests under 21 will not be admitted, and tickets are non-refundable.


2. What is the refund policy?

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable.


3. Are dressy sneakers or tennis shoes allowed at the Gala?

No. Dressy sneakers or tennis shoes are not permitted. Guests who do not meet the dress code will be denied entry.


4. Is a neck tie required for the Gala?

Yes. All men are required to wear a tie. Guests not properly dressed will be denied entry.


5. Are vegetarian or vegan meal options available at the Gala?

Yes. Vegetarian and vegan options are available upon request. Please send an email request to squareandtrowelclub@gmail.com after purchasing a ticket. Reference your registration confirmation number, table number and full name of the purchaser in your email request.


6. What should I do if I can't locate my digital ticket?

Please send an email to squareandtrowelclub@gmail.com. Reference the full name of the purchaser and table number in your email and the confirmation email can be resent to the purchaser.


7. What is the event layout and seating arrangement of the Gala?

The Gala is a reception-style experience held in one large ballroom. All guests are assigned a seat at a designated table to ensure guest comfort and efficient use of space.


8. Is parking available at Martin’s Crosswinds?

Yes. Complimentary parking is available at Martin’s Crosswinds.


9. When does shuttle service begin from the hotel?

Shuttle service begins at 8:00 PM, transporting guests from the Crowne Plaza to Martin’s Crosswinds.

The final shuttle departs at 1:30 AM, returning remaining guests to the hotel.

12. Do I need to bring a printed ticket, or is mobile check-in accepted?

Printed tickets are not required. Mobile check-in is accepted.

No. A ticket must be presented for scanning at check-in, either on a mobile device or printed.
